Terms and Conditions on the Cebu Pacific Citibank Free Juan-way Ticket Welcome Gift Promo
1. The Cebu Pacific – Citibank Credit Card Free Juan-way Welcome Gift Acquisitions Promo (“Promo”) will run from August 9, 2012 to January 31, 2013 (the “Promo Period”).
2. The Program is open to Principal New-to-Bank card applicants (i) who apply for a Cebu Pacific - Citibank Credit Card (“Cebu Pacific-Citibank Card”) with Citibank N.A. Philippines (“Citibank”) or Citibank Savings Inc. (“Citibank Savings”) and whose credit card applications were received with complete documents and requirements by Citibank or Citibank Savings within the promo period, (ii) whose applications are subsequently approved, and (iii) who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in or qualifying for this promotion. A New-to-Bank card applicant is defined as a person who does not have any existing principal Citibank or Citibank Savings Card, locally issued by Citibank or Citibank Savings within the last six (6) months at the time of application.
3. To qualify for the Promo, the newly approved Principal Cardholder (the “Cardholder”) must make a purchase of P2,000.00 (one-time spend or accumulated spend) on his/her new Cebu Pacific-Citibank Card prior to booking of Cebu Pacific Juan-way Ticket.
4. Subject to the fulfilment of Sections 2 and 3 hereof, the Cardholder can avail of a free one-way ticket (inclusive of 15k luggage and all ticket fees, taxes and surcharges except for the PHP200.00 “DPSC”**) to any Cebu Pacific domestic destination, except: (i) Caticlan; and (ii) the following destinations on the specified travel dates:

Note: **DPSC - Domestic Passenger Service Charge (terminal fee) collection upon booking will take effect for bookings created from August 01, 2012 onwards for flights going out of Manila and October 01, 2012 onwards for flights going out of Cebu.
5. The DPSC (PHP200.00), if applicable, must be charged to the Cebu Pacific - Citibank Card of the Cardholder. The following information must also be provided when booking:

6. Redemption period of the Free Cebu Pacific Juan-way Ticket is from August 10 to February 28, 2013.
7. Travel period of the Free Cebu Pacific Juan-way Ticket is from August 15, 2012 to March 15, 2013.
8. To book the Free Cebu Pacific Juan-way Ticket, the Cardholder must simply send an e-mail to cebpaccard@citi.com and provide the following information at least five (5) working days prior to the intended date of departure. The information should be complete otherwise booking will not be processed:
i. Cardholder’s Full Name(Passenger)
ii. Domestic Destination of Choice
iii. Flight Date and Time
iv. Two (2) Contact numbers
v. E-mail address
The itinerary receipt will be forwarded to the Cardholder via e-mail.
9. The purchase of any add-ons (i.e. Upgrade of baggage allowance, Seat Selection, Travel Insurance, Sports Equipment, etc.) must be coursed through the Cebu Pacific Reservations Hotline (+632 7020888 for Manila/+6332 2308888 for Cebu) or any Cebu Pacific Ticketing Office. The purchase of any add-ons must be done separately by the Cardholder after the receipt of his/her itinerary receipt from Citibank. The amount should be charged to the Cardholder’s Cebu Pacific - Citibank Credit Card.
10. The purchase of the return ticket must also be done separately by the Cardholder by calling Cebu Pacific Reservations Hotline (+632 7020888 for Manila/+6332 2308888 for Cebu), dropping by at any Cebu Pacific Ticketing Office or simply logging on to www.cebupacificair.com. However, this must be done only after the Cardholder has received his/her Itinerary receipt from Citibank.
11. Booking is subject to availability of flights and seats.
12. The free Cebu Pacific Juan-way ticket is not rebookable, refundable or re-routable once issued.
13. The free Cebu Pacific Juan-way ticket is not transferable and may not be converted to cash.
14. The Cardholder shall be responsible for acquiring, at his/her own cost all other travel-related expenses, other incidental charges, and personal expenses.
15. Cebu Pacific’s Lite Fare Terms and Conditions, General Terms and Conditions of Carriage of Passengers and Baggage, and Travel Regulations as found in www.cebupacificair.com shall apply.
16. Abuse of promotion (i.e. the act of participating in the bank’s various promotions or the filing of the application for the purpose of obtaining the gift item) will result in the charging back of the cost of the gift item against the Cardholder’s account and disqualification from future promotional offers. For the purpose of this promotion, any card cancellation that occurs at any time from card issuance date to eighteen (18) months therefrom shall be prima facie evidence of engaging in abuse of promotion.
17. In case of dispute in respect of the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfilment, etc., Citibank's decision shall prevail.
18. Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the redemption and use of the free Cebu Pacific Juan-way ticket may result in the forfeiture of the said ticket. This forfeiture shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Citibank and/or Cebu Pacific.
19. Employees of Cebu Pacific are disqualified from availing of this Promo.
20. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other existing Citibank or Cebu Pacific promotion.
21. The Cardholder can only avail of the Promo once.
