Airport to City Transfers

A drop-off service from the Airport to a pre-agreed upon destination. Each trip has a corresponding
flat rate for 1 one-way, non-stop service. This includes Fuel, vehicle and chauffeur services.


Three easy steps:

Step 1: Reserve
Reservations must be made and confirmed at least 72 hours before your intended vehicle pickup time. This can be via 4 modes:

The earlier the better. We can take reservations up to a month before your trip. We want to make sure we have a vehicle for you.

Step 2: Vehicle Pick-up
The day of your arrival and Airport to City Transfer has come. Please proceed to the
Europcar Counter to avail of your reserved services. Cebu Pacific passengers must
present the following to avail of their confirmed reservation:

  1. A valid ID
  2. Boarding pass or ticket
  3. Reservation details

Your transaction would be for payment upon arrival to the Europcar counter.
Available modes of payment are Cash or Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa).

Step 3: Enjoy your trip
Once your details have been matched with our daily arrival list. Your vehicle will be called up
from the parking area and you’re off. Please know that the vehicles cannot wait too long at the terminal driveway.

By the end of your trip, you will be issued a Trip Ticket with the vehicle, odometer, time and destination details,
as well as an Official Receipt to reflect the amount of the transaction.

The published rates for Airport to City Transfers are fixed and already inclusive of the following:

  1. Vehicle and uniformed chauffeur service from the airport terminal to the agreed
    upon destination at the rental counter - sorry, no side trips or waiting time is allowed
  2. Fuel
  3. Full coverage of insurance
  4. Any applicable service and government fees

FAQs:

1. Do I need to make an advanced reservation?
    Well, not really. We accept walk-in transfers. Just show your Cebu Pacific boarding pass or ticket to our counter staff.
    BUT we may not be able to promise you a vehicle with a driver. You wouldn’t fly without making prior arrangements,
    right? It’s still best to make a reservation.
2. Does Europcar offer other services?
    Yes! We offer self-drive rentals with special rates for Cebu Pacific Passengers as well. You may check those out at this page
3. What Kinds of vehicles are offered?

Europcar offers three major vehicle types from the airport. The exact models issued are based on availability and only the class can be booked, not necessarily the particular make or model.

Compact Car – Nissan Sentra, Toyota Vios or similar

  • Advisable for up to of 5 persons including the driver
  • Can accommodate 2-4 pieces of luggage depending on size

Standard Mini-van/Wagon – Toyota Innova

  • Advisable for up to 7 persons including driver with optional 3rd row jump seat that is standard to all models
  • Can accommodate 2-4 pieces of luggage depending on size
  • Without optional 3rd row (3rd row is collapsible)
    • 5 person seating
    • Can accommodate up to 6 pcs of luggage depending on size (advisable for balikbayan boxes and larger cargo)

Full size Van – Toyota Grandia, Nissan Escapade, or similar

  • Advisable for up to 9 or 10 persons including driver
  • Can accommodate 2-8 pieces of luggage depending on size
