Your Fly/Buy Points may be exchanged for the Robinsons-Cebu Pacific Fly/Buy Card as soon as you accumulate 500 Fly/Buy Points. The value of one (1) Robinsons-Cebu Pacific Fly/Buy Card is equivalent to P500. Upon redemption, the Robinsons-Cebu Pacific Fly/buy Card will be delivered to your billing address. You may use the Robinsons-Cebu Pacific Fly/Buy Card to purchase a wide variety of items: from Cebu Pacific tickets to fashion apparel, groceries, handy gadgets and appliances at various Robinsons stores.
2. Robinsons-Cebu Pacific Credit Back
Get to Fly/Buy for FREE by availing of the Credit Back option. For a minimum of P500 Fly/Buy Points, you may request for conversion of your earned points to cash that will be credited back to your Robinsons-Cebu Pacific MasterCard. 500 Fly/Buy Points is equivalent to a P500 Cash credit. To avail, simply call the 24-hour Robinsons-Cebu Pacific MasterCard Customer Service at 898-7088. You must have a minimum accumulated transaction of P500 within the last 30 days with any Robinsons stores or Cebu Pacific to avail of this feature.

6. How much is the annual fee and the finance charge for the Robinsons-Cebu Pacific Master Card?
The annual fee, finance charge and other rates and fees will be the same as your Go! MasterCard. For principal cardholders, the annual membership fee is P1,500 for Classic cardholders and P2,500 for Gold cardholders. For supplementary cardholders, the annual membership fee is P900 for Classic cardholders and P1,500 for Gold cardholders. The monthly interest rate is 3.75% for Cash Advance Balances and 3.5% for non-Cash Advance balances.
7. Can you replace my Go! MasterCard with the new Robinsons-Cebu Pacific MasterCard now?
You may request for card replacement by calling the Customer Service number at 898-7088 or 1-800-10-8700-755 (Domestic Toll-Fee). You will be charged a minimal fee of P400 per card for the replacement.
