A joint venture with SIA Engineering Co., Ltd. (SIAEC)

In April 2005, Cebu Pacific signed a joint venture agreement with SIA Engineering Co., Ltd. (SIAEC) for the maintenance of our fleet of Airbus planes. The new company, called Aviation Partnership (Philippines) Corporation, is co-owned SIA Engineering Ltd. and Cebu Pacific Air.

SIAEC is a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines that provides total maintenance solutions to over 80 airline companies all over the world.

With SIAEC providing the total airframe support, plus our local team, Cebu Pacific is proud to have a a world class group whose top priority is passenger safety.

Aviation Partnership Philippines combines the "Total Support" capabilities of SIAEC with the skills of Cebu Pacific engineers to offer line maintenance, light aircraft checks and technical ramp handling to Cebu Pacific and third-party airline customers at 3 major international airports (Manila, Cebu and Davao) and 11 domestic airports in the Philippines.
