Cebu Pacific offers biggest ever seat sale

Cebu Pacific (CEB), the country’s low fare leader and leading domestic airline is offering its biggest ever seat sale for all of its domestic and international routes.

CEB is offering a P99 one-way fare for all of its 20 domestic destinations and P999 one-way fare for its Asian destinations, namely Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Jakarta.

The seat sale will run from November 29 to December 5, 2006 only and the travel period is from January 1 to March 31, 2007. The P99 and P999 seat sale is non-refundable and is for immediate payment upon booking. The best way to grab the promo is via CEB’s website (cebupacificair.com). All quoted fares are for one-way travel only. The seat sale fares are exclusive of regular surcharges and government tax.

Candice Iyog, CEB marketing director said that the airline has allotted more than 200,000 seats for this promo. “This is the biggest sale event for Cebu Pacific ever and we are very excited for the many Filipinos who will be able to avail of these fares and maybe fly to any of our domestic or Asian destinations for the first time,” Iyog said

“We continue our efforts to stimulate the market with the lowest airfares and high quality service offering because we believe that we can directly influence and grow the travel industry. We’ve seen how our efforts early in the year have affected domestic travel and now we would like to capture a larger market and hopefully encourage even more people to fly.” Iyog added

“We encourage everyone to act quickly because we expect seats to sell-out fast at these very low fares,” Iyog emphasized.

Now in its 11th year, CEB has the newest fleet in the Philippines with a fleet age of less than 10 months, and one of the newest in Asia as it operates 12 brand new Airbus aircraft to its 20 domestic and 7 regional destinations including Kuala Lumpur starting on November 30, Bangkok starting on December 14 and Jakarta starting on January 31, 2007. The airline awaits the delivery of two more Airbus aircraft in early 2007 to complete its $670 million re-fleeting program.
