Cebu Pacific brings back P1 seats for all domestic destinations

Cebu Pacific (CEB), the Philippines’ low fare leader and leading domestic airline offers P1 one-way seats for all of its domestic routes. The seat sale will run from April 16 to 22, 2007, or until seats are sold out, and is good for travel from June 16 to December 15, 2007.

CEB has allocated more than 50,000 seats for this P1 seat sale. The P1 one-way fare is exclusive of applicable taxes and surcharges.

“With the overwhelming response we received from our recent P1 seat sale, we are bringing back the domestic seat sale, to give those who were unable to avail of this earlier, another chance to get their seats. We hope that the public will take advantage of this seat sale to explore what our wonderful country has to offer,” Candice Iyog, VP for marketing and product announced.

Iyog said that the unimaginable P1 one-way seats will further boost domestic travel during the traditionally slow travel season. “With this offering, many people will be able to afford air travel as they visit relatives, friends and go around the different destinations in our country. CEB remains steadfast to its commitment to bringing air travel closer to more Filipinos.”

CEB continues to be a leader in dynamic pricing strategies, as it is able to provide the lowest fares for every destination it operates.

Getting the best deals is much more convenient online as passengers can view the travel dates, flight schedules, and fare options available on each flight,“ Iyog explained. She further added that the seat sale fare is non-refundable and is exclusive of government taxes and surcharges.

“As always, we would like to encourage everyone to act fast and book their seats early because seats will go fast,” Iyog emphasized.

Now in its 12th year, CEB operates the most domestic destinations, flights and routes and has the youngest fleet in the Philippines at just one year. CEB operates 14 brand new Airbus aircraft to its 20 domestic and soon to be 8 international destinations with the addition of Taipei beginning June 13, 2007.
