Cebu Pacific offers P999 and P1,999 seat sale
for international destinations
After the 65% reduction of its year-round ‘Go’ fares for domestic sectors last week, Cebu Pacific (CEB) announces a seat sale for its international flights. The international seat sale will run from July 27 to 31, 2007 or until seats last, and is good for travel from September 1 to December 15, 2007.
CEB is offering a P999 one-way fare for Manila–Hong Kong, Manila–Bangkok, Manila–Kuala Lumpur, Manila–Jakarta, Manila-Taipei, Manila–Macau, Manila–Xiamen, Manila–Guangzhou, and Cebu–Hong Kong. Meanwhile, the seat sale for Manila–Shanghai, Manila–Singapore, Cebu–Singapore, Davao-Hong Kong and Davao-Singapore routes is at P1,999 one-way.
Fares are exclusive of applicable government taxes and surcharges and are non-refundable.
Candice Iyog, CEB VP for marketing and product said, “We hope to encourage people to travel during the traditionally low season simply because the fares are so affordable. Maybe Filipinos can take advantage of this seat sale and visit their families and relatives abroad or, perhaps, enjoy a weekend in a foreign country.”
She also encouraged the public to book and buy their tickets via cebupacificair.com. “We are allotting more than 50,000 seats for this international seat sale and we’re asking everyone to act fast and book their seats early,” she added.
She explained, “We see the changing needs of the international traveler who wants to spend less on air travel and possibly spend more for their business or leisure activities. This is why we offer the lowest fares and great value-for-money service.”
Now in its 12th year, CEB has the youngest fleet in the Philippines with an average age of just over one year. CEB operates 14 brand new Airbus aircraft to its 20 domestic and soon to be 12 international destinations with the addition of Shanghai, Xiamen, Guangzhou, and Macau in the next quarter.
