What time do I need to be at the airport?
Check-in for your flight two (2) hours before ETD for domestic and three (3) hours before ETD for international. We close our counters 45 minutes before ETD and release seats to standby guests.
What do I need to present at the check-in counter?
Please ensure that you have the following:
- Your Itinerary you need this to enter the terminal
- A valid photo-ID or passport valid for at least 6 months (for international travel)
- Confirmed return or onward ticket (for international travel)
- Necessary travel documents (including visa if required) to the intermediate stop and to onward destinations (for international travel)
- Sufficient funds to support your stay (for international travel)
We suggest that for guests with international travel, you check your destination’s requirements as each country may have different requirements.
Why is Cebu Pacific closing the gates 15 minutes before ETD?
Gates are closed 15 minutes before ETD to avoid delaying the flight. This period will be used to offload bags of late guests, prepare revised flight documents etc.
What will happen to late guests?
Guests not at the boarding gates at the prescribed time will be refused to board the plane and their checked baggage (if there’s any) will be offloaded. They may be rebooked to the next flight with charges or they may refund their travel subject to penalties.
