Other Ways to Book a Flight

Although Internet booking is the fastest and most convenient way to fly Cebu Pacific, there might be times when it's not possible.

Here are other ways to book your flight:

• Select one of the available payment options to pay for your ticket.
   
• Once we have confirmed your payment, an e-Ticket transaction receipt shall be sent to you via fax or email.
   
• Please bring a copy of your e-Ticket transaction receipt along with a valid photo ID when you check in at the airport.

Payment via credit card or in cash

• Contact our Reservations Office.

• Pay over the phone by giving the ticket agent your credit card number. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Bank of Philippine Islands (BPI), Diners Club International and JCB.

• Paying in cash? You can simply make your booking over the phone and pay for your ticket in cash over the counter at any of our ticket offices.

Payment via Equitable-PCIBank FASTPhone

• Contact our Reservations Office and inform the ticket agent that you will be paying via Equitable-PCIBank FASTPhone.

• How to pay via Equitable-PCIBank FASTPhone:
   
  1. Enroll your Equitbale-PCI Bank account/s at any EPCI Branch to avail of FASTPhone.
  2. Dial 84-911 (Metro Manila) or 1-800-188-84911 (outside Metro Manila) to access FASTPhone.
  3. Press “1” for banking transactions (you can cut off the computerized voice at any time to proceed to the next step).
  4. Key in your 10-digit Primary Account Number (PAN). Confirm by pressing “1”
  5. Key in your 6-digit FASTPhone Access Number (FAN). Confirm by pressing “1”
  6. After the system states your account balance, press “3” to pay your bills.
  7. Press “1” to pay for you Primary Account Number.
  8. Key in 232 – the Cebu Pacific merchant number.
  9. Key in your Subscriber Number, Cardholder Number, or ATM Phone Reference Number. Confirm by pressing “1”
  10. Enter the amount you wish to pay. Confirm by pressing “1”
  11. Enter your Extra Personal Identification Number (XPIN). Confirm by pressing “1”
  12. Write down the transaction reference number. This will serve as your proof of payment.
       
      

• After paying through FASTPhone, please call our Reservations Office again and provide the transaction reference number you received from FASTPhone to confirm that you have paid.

Payment via Equitable-PCIBank ATM

• Contact our Reservations Office and inform the ticket agent that you will be paying via Equitable-PCIBank ATM.

• How to pay via Equitable-PCIBank ATM:
   
  1. Insert ATM Card, enter PIN
  2. Select Bills Payment option
  3. Choose the account where you will draw your payment (current or savings account)
  4. Choose the type of payment (with enrollment or no enrollment)
  5. Choose Cebu Pacific by entering 232 (our merchant number), then press confirm
  6. Key in your invoice number
  7. Key in the amount to be debited
  8. Secure your transaction receipt
     
      
     

• After paying through ATM, please call our Reservations Office again and provide the transaction reference in your ATM receipt to confirm that you have paid.

Payment via Equitable-PCIBank FastNET

• Contact our Reservations Office to book a flight. Inform the ticket agent that you will be paying via Equitable-PCIBank FastNET.

• How to pay via Equitable-PCIBank ATM:
   
  1. Enroll your Equitbale-PCI Bank account/s at any EPCI Branch to avail of FastNET.
  2. Log on to www.fastnet.com.ph
  3. Enter your PAN (Personal Account Number) and your PIN (Personal Identification Number) and click "Logon"
  4. Go to "Bills Payment"
  5. For first time payors, please enroll Cebu Pacific as one of your merchants in "Bills Enrollment." Select Cebu Pacific from the pull down menu
  6. Key in the reference number / invoice number.
  7. After enrollment, you can now make a payment. Click on "Make Payment." Select the account from which you will draw payment, and select Cebu Pacific from the pull down menu as the merchant you will pay.
  8. The information that you entered when you enrolled is shown, but you can key in new information if you are making a payment for another subscriber / payor. Type in the correct reference number, invoice number, etc.
  9. Type in the amount you wish to pay.
  10. Choose "outright payment" as your payment type.
  11. Key in your secondary PIN
  12. A confirmation screen will appear, showing you all the information you entered. Please check that everything is correct, then confirm. The system will proceed with debiting your account.
  13. Once payment has been made, a confirmation message will appear with a reference number of the payment transaction.
       
      

• After paying through FastNET, please call our Reservations Office again and provide the transaction reference from FastNET to confirm that you have paid.

Book through SMS using TxtCEB

To book a flight using your cellphone, simply follow the following instructions:

• Follow the SMS prompts.

• NOTE: It takes a minimum of 5 SMS messages to book a Cebu Pacific flight.

• Your record locator will be sent to you at the end of the booking process.

• To pay for your booking, visit any of the our ticket offices and pay in cash or via credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Bank of Philippine Islands (BPI), Diners Club International and JCB.
