1. Pre-ordered meals are available for flights departing 24 hours or more from time of booking.

  2. All items for pre-order are HALAL.

  3. Meal selections may be changed due to uncontrolled circumstances. In case pre-ordered meal is not available on the flight, guest shall be given an option to choose items of same value from the buy on board menu.

  4. Food may contain nuts, dairy and/or gluten. Refer to the menu page to see complete allergen information.

  5. Prices of pre-ordered meals may change from time to time. All prices quoted are correct at the time of booking.

  6. Change in meal selection will be allowed up to 24 hours before flight departure.

  7. Boarding pass must be presented to cabin crew during meal service.

  8. In case of flight changes made 24 hours or more prior flight:
    1. Rebooking

      Pre-ordered meal will be carried over to the new flight.

    2. Rerouting

      Guest Initiated: Pre-ordered meal will be forfeited.

      Airline Initiated: Passenger has the option to refund his/her payment from the booking channel or store in a Travel Fund.

    3. Cancellation

      Guest Initiated: Pre-ordered meal will be forfeited.

      Airline Initiated: Passenger has the option to refund his/her payment from the booking channel or store in a Travel Fund.


  9. In case of flight changes made less than 24 hours prior flight:
    1. Rebooking

      Pre-ordered meal will be forfeited.

    2. Rerouting

      Guest Initiated: Pre-ordered meal will be forfeited.

      Airline Initiated: Replacement meal of the same value can still be availed on-board the flight. Passenger also has the option to refund his/her payment from the booking channel or store in a Travel Fund.

    3. Cancellation

      Guest Initiated: Pre-ordered meal will be forfeited.

      Airline Initiated: Replacement meal of the same value can still be availed on-board the flight. Passenger also has the option to refund his/her payment from the booking channel or store in a Travel Fund.


  10. Requests for meal refunds are subject for approval and will be accepted up to 30 days from date of flight. Boarding Pass must be presented as proof of purchase.
