Cebu Pacific Air becomes the first airline in Southeast to deploy special roaming airport agents called Agent Xpress. The new check-in service aims to improve passenger experience at the airport.
Agent Xpress is equipped with tablet and mobile boarding pass printer that enables to check-in passengers and print their boarding pass on the spot.
When will this service be available?
Cebu Pacific’s Agent Xpress service is already available in Kalibo airport starting August 25, 2014 and soon in Cebu, Iloilo, Bacolod and Manila.
You may check-in for your flight 4 hours up to 45 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
How can I check-in thru Agent Xpress?
Roving agents will just approach you and start checking you in for your flight! Be ready with your booking reference number and valid ID.
Is there a check-in fee?
It is absolutely free to check-in via Agent Xpress.
Do I get to have my boarding pass right away?
Yes, you will have your boarding pass as soon as the check-in processing is complete.
What do I need to bring to the airport on the day of my flight?
Please bring the following:
- Itinerary receipt or booking reference number
- valid photo-ID (such as passport, government and company ID)
- valid travel documents (such as visa)
I don’t have a checked baggage, where do I go next?
You may go straight to the boarding gate. Be sure to be there at least 30 minutes before departure time.
Please allow ample time for security checks and Immigration clearance. We strictly close the boarding gate 15 minutes before departure time.
What time do I need to be at the airport if I have checked baggage? Where should I go?
You need to be at the bag drop counter at least 45 minutes before departure time. However, we would strongly suggest that you come in earlier than that as security and Immigration checks may take quite some time.
I want to rebook a flight I have already checked-in online. Can I do this?
No. Once you have checked-in for your flight, you can no longer make any changes. Your fare is already considered flown.
I want to cancel a flight I have already checked-in online. Can I do this?
No. Once you have checked-in for your flight, you can no longer cancel your flight. Your fare is already considered flown.
I got to the boarding gate 10 minutes before departure time. Can I still take the flight?
You will no longer be accommodated for your flight. You need to be at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes for boarding as we close our gates 15 minutes before estimated time of departure.
If I will be travelling with a companion or group, do we have to check-in at the same way and time?
No, guests may check-in together or individually.
Can I still purchase ancillary products like: seat, prepaid baggage or hot meals after I checked-in?
No, once you have checked-in for your flight, you can no longer make any changes including purchasing of ancillary products.
