CEBConnect's airport transfer feature makes connecting flights through Singapore Changi Airport even easier:

  No travel visa required to enter Singapore.
  No need to clear immigration, picks up bags, or check-in again.

Simply collect a boarding pass for your onward flight at Transfer Lounge E within the transit area.  ​

  1. What is CEBConnect?

    CEBConnect is a convenient transfer service within Singapore Changi Airport's transit area without the need to clear arrival immigration, collect checked-in luggage and check-in again for your onward flight connections via Singapore.

  2. How does CEBConnect work?

    Upon arrival at Singapore Changi Airport, guests who purchased CEBConnect must proceed to Transfer Lounge E. Agents at the Transfer lounge E will then check in the passenger on their onward flight, issue the second boarding pass and arrange for luggage transfers to onward flight.

  3. Do I need to purchase CEBConnect?

    For onward flights within 8 hours, CEBConnect has been incorporated in your interline ticket purchase.

  4. Where can I purchase CEBConnect?

    CEBConnect may be purchased online, through the call center, travel agents, or at the Singapore Changi Airport transit counter directly.

  5. Is there any time limit to purchase the CEBConnect?

    It has to be purchased minimum 2 hours before departure of the onward flight to facilitate luggage transfer.

  6. If I'm transiting in Singapore with CEBConnect, do I still need a visa?

    A Singapore visa is not required for guests who purchased CEBConnect as guests will not clear Immigration. Guests may stay in the transit area for up to 24 hours without visa. However, guests must have the proper immigration documents for the final destination.

  7. Will I get two boarding passes when I check-in for my first flight?

    Guests will receive one boarding pass as per normal for the first leg of their journey. Upon arrival at Singapore Changi Airport, passengers are to proceed to Transfer lounge E in the transit area immediately. Agents at Transfer lounge E will then check in the passenger on the onward flight, issue the second boarding pass and arrange for luggage transfers to onward flight.

  8. What are the travel documents to be presented at the travel desk?

    Itinerary receipt print-out for the onward flight, valid passport and visa for the final destination (if needed) and checked luggage claim tags (if any).

  9. How can I ensure that my baggage has been transferred to my second flight?

    Guests are to present their luggage claim tags to the staff at Transfer Lounge E so that their bags can be retagged and transferred to their final destination.

  10. If Cebu Pacific makes changes to my flight, will the airport transfer service still be available?

    Yes. It will be transferred to the passenger's new flight itinerary.

  11. When is the latest can I collect the boarding pass for my onward flight from the transfer desk?

    Guests should collect their boarding pass for their onward flight at Transfer Lounge E at the latest 90 minutes to departure to ensure that they are able to board their onward flight in a timely manner and have their luggage transferred accordingly.​

  • Check-in and Boarding Guidelines Check in through the Cebu Pacific mobile app or website to get a seat number and boarding pass. Mobile and web check-in options are available from 7 days up to 4 hours before flight (up to 1 hour before the flight for flights within the Philippines).

    Airport check-in counters open as early as 3 hours before flight, and close 45 minutes before the scheduled time of departure.

    After check-in, guests must be at the designated boarding gate 30 minutes before the scheduled time of departure. Check-in and boarding times vary and depend on the airport of departure.

           Counter and Bag Drop closure:

           Flights leaving Dubai, Doha, Kuwait and Riyadh: 60 minutes before departure

           All other fights: 45 minutes before departure

    Guests will not be allowed to take the flight after check-in counters and boarding gates close.

    For guests with Interline itineraries, the Operating Carrier’s check-in and boarding times apply.

  • Baggage Information Only 1 piece of baggage is allowed to be carried on board provided that it does not exceed the dimensions 56cm x 36cm x 23cm for Airbus flights and 56cm x 35cm x 20cm for ATR flights. Carry-on bag should not weigh more than 7kg.

    Bags for check-in must not exceed 30 kilos per piece, and not contain fragile or valuable items

  • Travel Documents International travellers must present valid passports and applicable visas. Cebu Pacific is a point-to-point carrier so please ensure that all passengers have the necessary visas or documents required for entry to the destination indicated on their Cebu Pacific itinerary.

    All passengers flying into Sydney must clear immigration upon arrival. Those who have onward connections to a third country will not be able to use transit facilities and cannot avail of the transit-without-visa privilege, regardless of their connecting time.

    Please be advised that based on Davao City ordinance no. 0292-06/03005-00 known as the Comprehensive Children and Family Support, all carriers are required to advise passengers travelling to/from Davao that:

    1. If a child/minor aged below 15 is travelling alone or travelling with a person other than his/her parents or those exercising parental authority and legal custody of the child. Parents/guardian need to secure permit to travel from the City Social Services and Development Office (CSSDO). Below are the required documents for one to get permit to travel:

    a. Birth certificate of the minor (original and photocopy)
    b. Barangay clearance issued by the Punong Barangay – stating that the barangay has knowledge of the travel plans of the minor
    c. Written parental consent attested by the Punong Barangay (if no parents, consent shall be made by the grandparents or the eldest sibling)
    d. Identification card of the minor (original and photocopy)
    e. Identification card of the authorized person who will accompany the child in his travels (original and photocopy)

    2. If a child/ minor is traveling with both or any of his parents, there is no need to secure permit to travel as long as there is document to prove of the minor’s relation such as:

    a. Birth certificate
    b. Valid Ids

  • Flight Connections If you are booking 2 single-sectoral flights (example: CEB-MNL then MNL-HKG), please allow the following minimum times between the first arrival and the next take-off.

    Domestic: 2 hours minimum time
    International: 3 hours minimum time

    There are the minimum times required to collect baggage and complete check-in procedures required for your second flight.

    We are a point-to-point carrier and will not be liable for any misconnections brought about by delays, cancellations and any flight arrangements you may choose to make.

    If you have onward flights with other airlines, you will have to pick up your bags and clear through Immigration and Customs so please make sure that you have all your visa requirements with you.

  • Flight Disruptions At any time after a booking has been made, we may change our schedules and /or cancel, terminate, divert, postpone or reschedule or delay any flight where we reasonably consider this to be justified by circumstance beyond our control or for reasons of safety or security.

    In the event of these disruptions, the following options are your sole remedies against us:

    1. Rebooking
    2. Refund
    3. Travel credits

    Fare rules and airline policies shall apply during these circumstances.

  • Online Booking Cut-off Internet bookings are not permitted within 3 hours and 59 minutes from the scheduled time of departure. If you wish to travel within this time, you may contact our Call Center at (+632) 70-20-888 or (+6332) 230-8888 to check availability of your preferred flight. Booking can only be done at our sales offices or airport sales counters.

  • Travel Tax and Terminal Fee Philippine Travel Tax

    Philippine passport holders are required to pay for the Philippine Travel Tax amounting to Php 1,620 when traveling internationally from the Philippines. Guests have the options of paying through TIEZA (Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority) website or at their booth on the day of travel.

    Terminal Fee

    For guests travelling from the Philippines*: Terminal fee shall be paid at the airport upon check-in.

    For guests exiting and transiting Manila: Terminal fee is included in the total payment and collected at time of booking.

    For guests exiting and transiting Cebu to destinations within the Philippines: Terminal fee is included in the total payment and collected at time of booking.

    *Except Manila, Cebu, and Caticlan (Boracay)

    Red Eye Flights

    For flights departing past midnight (that is, 0040H, 0025H, etc), please be reminded that you need to check-in for your flight the day before the date indicated on your Itinerary Receipt.

  • Duty Free Purchases For US Bound flights, please be informed that duty free items purchased from the airport are not allowed to be brought inside the aircraft. This is pursuant to the TSA rule that we are limiting the acceptance of Liquids, Aerosols and Gels (LAGs). We have coordinated with the airport Duty Free office and have requested that if a purchased item is bound on our US flight, the passenger will be refunded of the full amount of the items purchased.
